"@ elamce, Flowing Springs, Phoenix, AZ The homes in our neighborhood in Phoenix have major leakage issues, that if a pressure test is done, the walls may fail. Apparently, the builder failed to inspect the black-wrap prior to putting the blue-wrap and stucco on. There are holes in the black-wrap which should have been sealed prior to the blue-wrap and stucco, and this lets water in. The fix is to remove everything down to the black-wrap and re-do all layers. The problem? Their workmanship is not very good on the re-build. There are certain areas that they cannot or will not remove the stucco etc. The newly done planes don't match the old ones. So, am sitting in a home I paid premium bucks for, and where some of the exterior walls intersect, it looks like an addition was put on. Pulte pretty much told us 'too bad'. I bet none of their people would settle for their homes looking like this. I would demand a water test if I owned a Pulte, because matching or not, you cannot have water leaking in your home! Keep in mind its a 4 year deal on this kind of warranty. "
