"The overall operation of the Pulte company seems disorganized and poorly managed ie. the sales department doesn't communicate with the mortgage department. They seem to rush to build houses, utilize cheaper, lesser qualified contractors/workers to do the job, and then expect the customer to work around their schedule when the poor work needs to be corrected. Somehow the cooler full of travel mugs, paper towels and plastic forks is supposed to make us think we are getting great customer service, though. I would have forfeited that in favor of less hassle and a better-made home. We bought a Pulte home based on the reputation, but now we are scratching our heads wondering how they got their prestige. We will definitely consider other builders for our next home. "
